Delete your account

Flight Crew Pro (Cabin Crew Pro app)

You can delete your account and personal data at any time. You can also do it inside the app: My Profile → Delete account.

What is deleted

• Your login account, profile and profile photo.
• Passport, ID card, training and qualification records and any photos you uploaded.
• Your flight logs, flying-hour and allowance reports, and trip links you created.
• Your flight invitations, support-chat messages, notification emails and device token.
• Any payslip records stored under your account.

What is kept

• Shared flight schedule data used by other crew members (a flight other crew are also on stays; your link to it is removed).
• Technical audit logs, with your name detached from them.

How it works

After you confirm by email, your account is locked immediately and permanently deleted after 14 days. During those 14 days you can cancel with the link in the email and everything comes back. After that the data cannot be recovered.
